CDCC

It was actually a pretty good week.  I was under most days over one and I tossed the rest of the food that was giving me a problem.  Even a basically healthy low cal food is no good if one portion triggers 3 more and that is what happened....at midnight no less.  So sf jello and rediwhip is again going to be the late night food of choice.  Exercise is still my week point,   but I did walk some at lunchtime this week....just not enough and not as often as I should....so that needs to be improved.  Now the weight today is not as good as i would like.....however it was better yesterday and I was really good on my liquids....but kinda of late as I was up and I also used herring for my dinner.....so I suspect it is some water and will be gone by next week.

being down 1 pound is great success. i wish i could do that. lol... good for getting rid of the food that you know is not safe (even if it is low calorie)

keep doing what your doing and you will get to your goal. great job for walking at lunch and getting your fluids in :)

Your doing pretty good there. A pound gone is good. Moving a bit more will help pass all the extras you have here and there but really your keeping track and that's a great point. Keep up the great work. Take care and have a blessed week.

Great job! 1 pound is a good loss for me so kudos! I don't know if you have heard or not, but the fake sugars actually trigger your hunger so they can make you eat more. Maybe that was the problem. I'm proud of you for seeing it and fixing it. Good job!

I'd be happy with one pound its still a great loss. I think you are doing great especially with your fluids. Keep it up! We are all here if you need anything!

You're kicking butt at fluids and that is a huge success, congrats. One pound down is a great thing - because it all adds up in the end.

I've found the moving allows me to eat a little more, or makes the more that I eat a little more forgiving. Just keep swimming! :)

Nice job on the calories and the loss! Now you gotta work on the exercise...

I found I had to find something I loved to do it regularly..or at least find something that would make me feel like I was "training" for something I would love to do.

Yay you for identifing the bad foods & getting rid of them! Congrats on the loss. Have fun with the sugar free jello, I have to leave out the Reddi Whip.... I end up eating too much of it! LOL
