fluids good until tx...driving and fluids don't mix well for me
cal pretty good but more carbs some days than i want
reading waiting for books to come
support i think i got to almost everyone....one person i kept getting sent back on
we're be going shopping today to restock on healthy foods......i'll try not to buy unhealthy things but think that i will pick up some dk chocolate for my choc craving.

Yay, a 2 lb loss!
I found my local Fresh Market is stocking a no sugar added Marie Belle dark mayan chocolate. Mmmm. choco with no sugar. I also still have some ChocoPerfection around. I like to have some in the house for when I get the MUST HAVE CHOCO craving. Ghirardelli 86% is good , too, for a strong, strong flavor without much sugar. I'm always on the hunt for a better no-sugar one without maltitol. Hate maltitol.
Off to another week...hydrate, girl!

Dark chocolate is good, if you have that craving, which we ladies do from time to time. Having healthy stuff in the fridge does help. Good job on the loss!

Ghirardelli 86% is my favorite - chocolate that doesn't spike the BG, teens hate it and won't steal my stash, and pure chocolate taste without the sweet. Nom Nom!
