I am blown away. 16 comments....it makes me want to do the right thing just so I don't disappoint you all. I was real good on cal today...trying to get ready for the shift to 1200 max that starts tomorrow. Read lots of blogs today, but not my challenge reading. Tried on some clothes that i will blog about another day, as I still have some more to try on . Found my pedometer and wore it shopping this evening....walked around walmart for 30 min and did 2800 steps.....a step in the right direction. First time i have used since June. Will try to remember to start wearing it daily again. I probably need one to leave at work and one for home...like my reading glasses. Time for bed. No midnight snacks tonight.

I agree. I've been to Orlando in cooler months too and it's better. But after this last horrendous trip I honestly can't see myself returning for a looooong time! LOL

I always forget to carry my pedometer also then I'm kicking myself when I've walked for an hour or two. Our weather has been so humid the past few days and my breathing has been so bad that it's just been easier to tell myself to stay home rather than get moving.
Here's a great tip we got at WW meeting yesterday: instead of saying "I should go for a walk", if we tell ourselves, "I get to go for a walk", it's much more motivating because it changes the meaning. "Should" makes it feel like an obligation while "get to go" makes it feel like a treat. :)
You are doing great, lv2. I know you can keep on plan and get to your goal.
Keep it up! We're watching - but we'll love you anyway if you kinda stink it up for a day. Just get (or stay) on the horse!
