Sat and Shopping

Slept in this morning.  Took it easy and drank 8 glasses of a combination of water and some crystal light green tea.  Then made a healthy breakfast and it was 3pm by time we got started.  Sams for berries and tomatoes, those little mini  cucumbers and water.  Then the base for fresh vegetables, the boars head meats i use for my salads and sandwiches and lots of frozen vegetables, some morning star vegie sausage and burger sub that i want to try, egg beaters, cottage cheese and yogurt.  Went out to eat before driving home andit seems like the box of leftovers is getting bigger every time.  We used to finish the meal we ordered between the two of us, but as i am eating less and less of it....more and more is coming home.  My DH said he thought that with a salad and some soup he had enough for dinner two nights this week.  This past week was good for exercising but it had some extra days off, will need to make sure i stay on track this week.....I did notice that my feet didn't hurt as much as they used to by the time we finished today......so that i can do more and more.  I'd like to be able to walk 3 mi by April but will see how it goes.
