Skinny ankles
Well this Wed started off good, like last wed my ankles were skinny this morning...I'm not losing a lot from my hips or waist but i am from my legs and chest and my ankles are skinnier and my shoes are getting loser. My weight was 2 pounds less this am then on Sunday and I had to do some things that limited my chance to drink much and then i had to grab a quick lunch and made a sandwich with a thin and some lean lunch meat and thought.....a pickle or 2 would be good with this........light bulb...NOT. Uh, thats how i got into trouble last week and until i am sure that one pickle will not roll down that hill and start an avalanche it's going to have to be none. Also no stir fry with soy yet and no hot dogs though after reading Allans blog a few minutes ago FF franks on 1/2 a thin with sauerkraut, sauteed onions, and mustard sure sounds good and its fine except for the salt and while in the past salt wasn't a problem for me, right now its turned out to be my "trigger", "Achilles heel", downfall or whatever. Yes i am salting some foods, eating almonds with salt, and having some foods with salt in them, but i am avoiding large amounts.......instead i had a mixture of fz peaches, raspberries, ff yogurt, and NS granola. I want the scale to show a better loss this week, I want the 3 pounds that my eating and the math says should be bringing me and i am weighing and measuring or using premade things that have cal counts on them. I'm also drinking more plain water and will see what this week brings.

Keep it up. Your rocking this challenge. I know you can do it. Salts not that good for you so cutting it down some is great.
