midweek 5

Last week caught up to me and I actually saw 250 one morn....today is 248.  I am feeling better and sleeping better so I've been trying to get back on track.  I have a bunch of paperwork for work and I'm trying to catch some of that up so that's what I'll be doing today.

It is getting better
