E2E wk 5

Messy week....but I am starting to feel a bit better and I expect to do better.  I'm currently baking a sweet potato,  to be followed by a pork lion and will have broccoli.  Dessert is berries and FF rediwhip.  I kept looking at the chips and dip but didn't get any.  For the bad news:

Good supper. We had pulled pork on those skinny buns (100 cal), papaya and tomatoes. Yummy!!! You will do well this week, I know you will.

Good to keep posting and not disappear when the news on the scale isn't good. Keep trucking, don't quit! You'll be persistent, make good choices and get there!

Went shopping yesterday for my low carb beginnings! 'Bout ta get serious. Already filled my water receptacles to the amount I need to at least drink.

You definitely can do better, we all can in one way or another we just have to do it! Sweet potatoes... I keep meaning to try some baked, I'm gonna have to soon:-)
