Midweek 2

Welllll here we are,  the mid point of the 2nd week.  In some ways its been harder and in other easier....I've been tracking for a week now and getting back into the habit and its becoming easier.....but the exercise is not.  I'll plan to do something and then by the time i get home from work and make dinner all i feel up to is sitting.  I've got to figure this one out.  Morning doesn't work  for me as I'm going to need to start getting up to do paperwork in the morn.  Part of the problem is that when I diet i need more sleep....I'd eat to get by with less sleep....and by the way there was a study that showed people who slept less tended to be fatter.

I've been trying to stay more up with reading on everyone and for today I think I will go with....

We CAN do this!

lv2, I'm having trouble getting some exercise in too. I did walk around Walmart last night for a few minutes but that isn't much. Maybe we can both figure this out by this time next week. I wish you the best.:)

I found it tough to get exercise in as well. I can't make myself do it in the morning or after dinner. It works OK for me if I do it FIRST THING when I walk in the door after work. Drop my stuff, change clothes and do it right away. Then I have less energy to make dinner, but that's kinda the way it should be.

Youtube has 10 minute pilates that your muscles will feel. But I can understand about coming back from work... I think it challenge is regular exercise and you could do that on your days off maybe.
