E2E wk2

Definitely an up and down week.  Part of this is the way I've been feeling...just not great.  But I expect it will get better and with the better i will do better.  At this point I am just gonna keep on trackin along.

weight  247(same as last wk)

waist  51(same as last week)

cal  av 1540(more than the 1400 I decided to aim for but less than the 1600 my doc rec)

fluids 12+ 7/7(getting easier to remember)

ex  2/3(but I finally found my pedometer and am wearing it.....this should get me doing more mvt)

tracking  7/7(getting easier to remember to do)

support   done(I tried to get to everyone, if I missed let me know so I can make sure you're on my list)

reading  one of the books i ordered...nutrition and diagnosis...came and I'm going to be looking thru that a bit...I'll try to post a bit out of it....the vit book is still on back order....maybe if we have a summer challenge it will be here by then

When I got to fluids i decided to get up and get something to drink....picked up my bottle from the fridge and the top came off and it went everywhere....guess I can't count it.

last but not least

I CAN do this

Hang in there, lv2. It was a difficult week for me as well. I didn't accomplish much but I am determined to make a difference in myself this week. Got to change my attitude from sedentary to active. Sitting on my bum will eventually kill me.

Yes we can do this. I think it's a miracle we're all still here after 2 weeks - aren't we? Well, no, you can't count the spilled beverage...just go for a refill. I hope you feel better next week.

I think that awareness it more important than what the scale may say right now. You saw the road you traveled and if there isn't some hijacked Ice Cream truck in the ditch you left behind...so you are good! LOL

Yup..you can do this and will do this! It looks like you having been doing everything right and I'm sure you will see the loos this week. The calorie tracking is amazing. Way to go on staying so close to your goal.
