midweek 3

Definitely a blah week.  Work is busy and I'm trying to get some bills paid and paperwork done.  Eating has been up and down....I'll eat just right and then be hungry late and grab something not so good or somethings good but too much of.  Weight today is 247.5.  Gonna read some blogs as I eat lunch.

I Can Do Better.

My eating has been up and down too. One bite too many of carbs sets of a ravenous hunger for me. I must be hyper sensitive to them. Hang in there. It will have to be better soon for both of us.

You CAN do better. I totally feel you on the late night eating. I get off work at 10pm and go home to make dinner. Sometimes it's too much. OR sometimes I wind up stopping at a sandwich joint on the way home.

Yes WE can do better. I have the same problem after doing it right the time from then to bed is hard. And because I am low carb I need to not think because it is meat I can eat the whole cow. LOL

Yes, you can do better, and you will!

Get rid of the not so good things and stock the fridge and pantry with good things. Then, when you're "hungry later" there's nothing to grab but good for you stuff.

Sometimes we have to be strict with ourselves.

I agree with Angela. Stock the house with fresh fruit and veggies so when you are hungry or just snacky you have good choices that are going to give your body something other than empty calories!
