The 1st week is down and I'm having to really work at it to try to meet my targets. My kids left on Wed and I started tracking then.....I'm still not measuring everything but I am getting better. I found my drink bottles today but we couldn't find the bottle i use to mix them up.......we moved all those things out of the kitchen over Christmas......in fact I'm leaving out all my knick-knackey things as I have other things that take priority this weekend.
weight 247 which is a loss of 2 pounds...happy face
waist 51 which is a gain of 1 inch...sad/confused face
cal 1315 av over the 3 tracked days.....met goal
fluids 12+ daily....met goal
ex 2x....met 2/3 of goal
reading not met
support met....10+ blogs read and commented on
buddy I've been checking bluezy's blog every time i get on my computer...enjoying her comments and leaving some.....hope everything works out for her.
I CAN do this......and my goal for this week is to to track every day AND to find my pedometer.....the bike needs something done to it and may have to be replaced as my ex choice.

Congrats on the weightloss! Don't worry about the measurement so much but how are you measuring? If it's just with a tape measure then you may flucuate like that cause one week you may pull tighter than the next and that will definitely affect things. I had issues with that myself so when I started I got a myotape from Amazon and that's been pretty great cause it's more controled. Great job on everything though, keep at it!
I'm having a hard time getting completely back on track after all this time away from my routine as well. Here's hoping that next week is better for both of us! Nice job on your two pound loss though!

2 pounds down. Congratulations! I think, that is the ideal weight to loose in one week. If it's more, it's not healthy (my opinion).
