CDCC

It was a pretty normal week for the first time in a while.  I worked a normal schedule and ate mostly at home....and I had shopped.  The result was better on my things to do.

weight 244 which is down a pound.

fluids were good,  more than 8 glasses a day at least and the increased bathroom visits that go along with it.

exercise  walked 3 days, as much as my knee and ankle would allow

reading  I've actually been  reading about vitamins this week.  AOL had an article and I realized that I stopped my vits when i got sick as along with so many other things i couldn't tolerate them and I've never restarted them.  I realized that I really need to get my mega B started as it helps with carb usage and also my Ca and D.  I felt better last year and think that my Vits may have made the difference.

support  I read everyones blog and commented on everyone(i think) at some time during the week.  Checked most everyone 3 times.

My blog I went back and reread some of my blog so that I can work on getting back to what was working for me before.

having a good day...looking forward to a good week and I plan to post the poorly fitting out fit and will put back on the NSV outfit this week and grab a picture for next week.

congrats on the loss. Losing a full pound, that's EXCELLENT!

I'm picking up a vitamin routine... I hate how I feel for about an hour after I take them but overall, I usually notice I'm in more consistent and better mood when I take them. I'm glad you're going back. :)

Just think: last year at this time you weighed 31 pounds more than you do now. It may not seem like a lot to some but you know that losing those pounds has made a difference in your day to day activities. And it's helped you to keep better tabs so you don't gain it all back. Yes you gained some of that weight in the summer but you've learned enough that you are able to get back on track and get back to where you were. That's a bigger lesson learned. :)

31 pounds down from last year? Most excellent!

I need to re-educate about vitamins, too. I've been slack taking them, and also slack about making sure that I'm getting all the nutrients I need from my food.
