I've been trying all week....on tues morn the scale looked good (241) and I thought wow, I'll make 240 by sat easy.......ha. On thur it said 243 again and barely made it to 242 today. I'd like to blame it on eating the whole watermelon I cut up on Wed(it was great) but since that was all my fruit it was probably ok....I had bought some peaches, etc but they weren't good and I passed them to my dh who is the leftover king. I even made a point of doing my exercise. My mini goal is to be 240 by next fri when we leave for the wedding.....I thought I had it made this week, but didn't.....but can still make it by Fri(i hope).

support some...sorry but I've had to do some catch up for work and didn't get to everyone this week and am behind on blogs....I'll be better this week.
I think I'm going to find my NS Leslie walk DVD and try to use it this week.....I also have a good walk DVD with Bob Harper and I should probably find it too.
Will see how everyone else did.....I promise.

Weight fluctuates so much, it can be maddening some weeks.
A pound loss is a loss. period. And a loss is good. :D
Scales are naughty sometimes. But you're doing great. Keep it up and don't fret, you'll be beautiful for the wedding.

Don't be discouraged. You lost a pound. That's one less pound you need to worry about this week. You know losing those 2 pounds this week is very doable. I know you can do it. :)

You did good pulling back from the gain last week - you'll do even better this week! Just keep at the steady pace of tracking, hydrating and exercising.

It sounds like an overall good week. I've been rocking the fluids too. We just have to keep going and not let that scale get us down!
