The Importance of Allan

I should have probably written this yesterday but until today i wasn't sure i wouldn't mess up.  Yesterday Allan "kicked arse" about eating on plan and not just making sure our cal were good for the day, week, whatever.  I ate well for bk and took a snack with me when we shopped and only tasted some things that would fit with our program when shopping at Sams.  But and the big but we were going to go out for a late/early lunch/dinner and i knew what i could eat and would then fill in when we got home anything that i needed to..........the problem we ran late and i was hungrier than i had planned to be.  Now i love the rolls at this place and have not been eating them as one turns into two and their butter ends up on them and i realized that if we went there i would probably not eat right.  So after asking and explaining why we needed to go elsewhere Ron agreed that we could go to a Korean place we like where there is no bread.  Some grilled meat, 1/4 c rice, 1/2 c rice noodles with spinach and onions(some oil with these but they keep it light) and a lot of kim chi, radish in vinegar, and cuke for salad vegies.  I know there is no Korean food, on plan....but there is meat, rice, rice noodles, cabbage, radish, cukes, onion.....OK i'll put my hand out for the ruler if i need to but i'm actually a pound less this am than yesterday....the same with rounding.  I have given up eating a few places over the past 3 months as no matter that i ask them to limit the fat when cooking for me, i know they don't by as Allan says the urge to go shortly after eating....my body tells me if there was unknown fat in a meal.  So Allan keep on kicking, slapping, picking, venting or whatever you need to do......for its working for me and i thank you

Wow, T! In the couple of years I've known you, I've never seen you be as successful as you are now. Did you even think you'd be 30 pounds lighter in only 3 months? Celebrate girlfriend!! Time for Ron to buy you something pretty! :)
