Bouncing Scale
Yes Allan i know that our weight varies from day to day but when i am tracking and weighing and measuring everything that goes in, getting on the scale a few times a day becomes part of it. I gen gain from 3-8 pounds during the day, with is consistent with the math. If i have a salty day i will usually be up the next morning, and it will take 2 days or so for that to resolve, but otherwise it will usually stay the same or move down a little. Not so this week...weigh in was 168 and since than i have seen 166-169 with no rhyme or reason. I'm beginning to feel like a should throw a dart at weights from 165 to 170 to find one for this weekend, yesterday was almost perfect, low sod, good mix of prot, vegies, some carbs, and even some ex and I'm up a pound this am. I even took a water bottle to work yesterday to make sure i drank enough. Oh well will cont OP and see what tomorrow brings.

Ditto here. I weigh only in the AM, but I expected a LOWER number by day five. OH GOSH, I really need to stay off the fricken scale. :D
I am okay with the torso raises (my abs and back are pretty strong from 2.5 years of Pilates), but I have horrible knees and the squats kill me. I cannot at all do the side lunges, so I asked my Pilates trainer to have me do 2x a week exercises that work the same muscles intensely...so I get THOSE side lunge muscles done without the actual lunges.
Makes me legs wobbly.
