DDS

It's been a long day....had the root canal and some of the prep work done today...but it will be about 6 wks before he is going to do the crown.  Told me to baby the area and avoid hard foods like apples, carrots,  most raw things.  I'm going to have to sit down and figure out what I want to eat as my easy to go to things are mostly out but I know that there is plenty that will work.  I'll be doing that soon and also trying to start some ex.....I'm still not where I need to be to be invested in what I need to do but I'm a lot closer than last week.
