E2E wk8

It's been an emotional week....but i have been better with my eating. Told myself that donuts don't help and have been avoiding the late night eating, even though i am not sleeping well.  My son's surgery is tomorrow and as my dh and I had a fight we agreed that part of it is worry....but maybe we cleared the air some...only time will tell.  Also my birthday is this week and its not helping. On to the good and bad.....

wt 248(down 3 pounds from last wk and 1 from 8 wks ago)
waist 51
food good but i didn't track
fluids pretty good but too much diet soda
ex some
reading work
blogs reading some but min comments
buddy I need to do better

I can and will do better

Now I will admit to hating to fly but that I do this week.

Good for you on the weight loss. I hope you son's surgery goes well. Having a loved one going through a procedure is a stressful event so that probably contributed to the fight. Hang in there and let us know how it goes.

Glad you're seeing a lower number! Sounds like you've got a lot going on! Don't forget to make your commitment to your body a priority among all those other stressful activities.

Clearing the air is good, and yes, it is probably mostly anxiety from your son's surgery. I hope all goes well for all of you.

Sounds like a rough week and with a surgery coming up, that's understandable. Best wishes for a good week. Never give up!

I hope your son does awesome with his surgery. Arguements are a part of marriage. They help you grow and learn and make you really mad but you move forward and love him all that much more. It'll be okay. I will pray for you all this evening. Take care and God Bless!!

Congrats on the weight loss. Hope things go better for you this week with everything else and in turn give you great results on the scale for next week:-)

Breath. Life is what it is, and all we can do is run with it.

Look at flying as if you were a kid. How COOL is it that you can get halfway across the country in such a short space of time! Flying makes me a bit nervous, but I do enjoy it, mostly because of the amazement of the engineering marvel that flight is.

Happy Birthday. Really, the best to you on a stressful birthday week. Dont' do like me and eat too much (though, granted, I ate mostly protein and real starch, not sugar, etc, but calories is calories when it comes to the scale. And it's hard to pull back when you let go. Yowza.)

Claering the air can be great. Use it to move forward, not look back, I say.

Blessings of healing to your son and wisdom to his doctors. Amen!

Please check in on your buddy. She didn't update...and I didn't get an email explaining why. K? You still have the captcha. Sigh.
