Weighed Thur morn as we were at a meeting this weekend. Was the same then. Some of the meeting was good some boring. There was a concert by Zac Brown Band just a few blocks away from the hotel....so we decided to go. had to get floor....I haven't stood thru a concert in years....almost didn't make it. Does it count as exercise?......just kidding. But after sitting all day it didn't seem like a bad idea until about 2 hours into it. Enjoyed the concert.

No loss, boo but no gain, yeah!!! Glad you got to enjoy a concert. That is something I've never done and you know what, I think I'd like to some day. Take care and have a blessed week.

Congrats on staying the same. It's better than gaining but we all know we want to lose not stay the same. As long as you know why the scale isn't moving downward, you can make the changes to start losing again. I know you can do it. Life gets tough sometimes and now, especially now with the holidays approaching, it can get dicey. Just keep doing what needs to be done. :)
Standing does burn a little more calories, especially if you are a fidgeter or if you found a little grooving going on with the music;-)
