The scale is not moving....but then again neither am I. I was pretty good on food....eyeballed in Dallas and measured when home. Followed the plan pretty close and drank my fluids since we got back. But I didn't exercise....too much sitting.....in the car, at games, in front of the TV, and even in front of the computer trying to catch up a little. I have work stuff to catch up on today but I intend to get up and walk for some breaks and will make sure to wear my pedometer this week.
weight the same 241
Have a good Halloween.....don't eat the candy!

I plan to buy a bag of Dove dark chocolates --which my young grandniece and some others in the family, including hubbylike--so the leftovers can be passed on. We get very few trick/treaters, but I like to have something so I don't get egged, just in case. But I hate, hate giving kids crap, so the dark choco is the healthiest option I can think of barring the (expensive) option of Larabars or fresh apples, etc. So, that's the plan.
On to a new week. Hope it's good for ya.
I'm so glad that our co-op collects money and then throws a party for the kids on Halloween so I don't have to keep candy around.
You'll start seeing the scale move soon. Just go over everything and see what you're doing differently now than before, then change back. That always seems to help. :)
No loss for me either so I'm gonna push myself this week, we need to get into this more..... well I know I do at least! I have too long of a way to go & have come a long way already so I cant just veer off track now:-)
Oh yeah! Keep out of the candy!
Mine is still sealed in it's bags - we get hundreds of trick or treaters. I'll dump whatever is left into the bag of the last kid of the evening. :)
I'm struggling with moving too. It's cold and all I want to do is stay wrapped up. I'm going to have to force myself, maybe at lunchtime, to get out there and MOVE! It's the key to making this whole thing work.
"The scale is not moving....but then again neither am I". Famous last words? On to a better week!!
I see you like me are in a rut. The big question is how do we get outta it. Hmmmm.... maybe some sort of daily accountability. Let me know what you think....
