CDCC

I tried eyeballing my food last week.........not my best idea.  We're in Dallas for a family wedding.....but as soon as I get home the scale and measuring cups come out.  The result was that I did not meet mt goal this week.  I and only i can fix this and I will be working on it this week.

Weight 243

Up one pound

Hope the rest of you did better last week

Being healthy while out of town is always SO hard. It's really difficult when you don't have control over how much and what ingredients go into a recipe. Better luck this week!

It's something I learned early on: I can't rely on visual measurements. I tend to either go too little or way too much. Funny, when I measure and weigh, I'm still surprised at how much I actually get.

The good thing is that you know the reason for the gain and it's something that can be rectified immediately. :)

+1 isn't too bad for not tracking your food intake.

I have to admit that I am an eyeballer.... I did just buy a scale though so that I don't keep doing that cause it does definitely add up & make a difference!

I thought I stopped by and left you a comment but I don't see it so wanted you to know I am reading.
It is hard to eye ball things but I try it too. I try to make no serving of anything bigger them a deck of cards except rabbit food.
